Common Defense Has Now Screened Over Two Million Messages
2 million scanned messages and 48,900 threats detected, and the monthly count shows the growth curve behind the total, not just the milestone.

Common Defense has now screened 2,226,173 messages and flagged 48,900 of them as a threat, as of September 11. The daily pace has climbed too, now scanning around 32,000 messages per day.
Common Defense’s closed beta started in April and went live in July. The monthly count shows the growth since: flagged messages ran in the low hundreds through the spring, climbed to 3,593 in June and 13,564 in July, then reached 19,605 in August. September’s bar is still climbing, since the month is not over.
Common Defense screens messages across Telegram, email, WhatsApp, Slack and SMS, and alerts the user the moment one looks like a scam.
